Physician Assistant
to join our well-established Cardio team in Richardson, TX to work collaboratively with team of providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in Cardiology and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. MMG in Dallas, Texas, is a leading, multi-specialty physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System. MMG offers a spectrum of medical and surgical specialties including; Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Hospital Medicine, Neurological Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedic Surgery, Transplant Surgery and various other specialty service lines. With more than 350 employed providers across seven acute-care hospitals and over 90 clinics, MMG is committed to delivering high-quality compassionate care. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions, including hypertension, arrhythmias, heart failure, coronary artery disease, and post-procedural care Assist with hospital rounding and transitions of care as needed Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state licensure and scope of practice Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school Physician Assistant Recognition as an Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Unrestricted Texas Medical License and DEA At least two (2) years of Cardiology experience, required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, teamwork and patient education skills Fluent in Vietnamese is a plus, but not required What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education allowance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match The chance to work with a top-notch healthcare professionals If you are a dedicated and experienced PA who is passionate about being a part of a respected healthcare system with a passion for caring for Cardiology patients, we encourage you to apply.
