* Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed. * Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely. * Conduct field service calls to assess customer needs and provide solutions. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. * Assist in the design of HVAC systems for new construction or renovation projects.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in HVAC installation and repair techniques. * Strong understanding of property maintenance practices. * Ability to plumb and perform basic plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems. * Mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair or related fields. * Capability to drive a van or service vehicle as required for job assignments. * Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
