$25-$26 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to provide direct support to the CEO and assist with day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Draft, edit, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Coordinate and organize meetings, conference calls, and in-person events.

Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage office communications, screen phone calls, and route inquiries appropriately.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, processing mail, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Professional demeanor with discretion when handling confidential information.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay: $25-$26 per hour.

Full-time, on-site role in Malden, MA.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
