We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to serve as the frontline support for our organization. This role requires a minimum of one year of call center experience and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
As a CSR, you will manage a variety of responsibilities including inbound and outbound calls, data entry, clerical tasks, ID processing, and administrative support. You will assist callers in applying for ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs. Your workday will be split between handling calls and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and paratransit services.
Deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse population.
Accurately enter customer contact information into internal systems.
Schedule transportation in the most cost-effective manner.
Meet performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Respond to inquiries and document complaints professionally and promptly.
Support special projects and maintain daily scheduling for eligibility staff.
Process and track payments for replacement IDs.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Manage office supplies and equipment, including vendor coordination.
Maintain and update electronic filing systems and scanned documents.
Provide professional reception coverage and administrative support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of call center experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with ADA-related services and data processing
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
