(no remote work) Full-Time / Exempt Pay Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE/DOQ) Hours:

40/week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM About the Role Join our outpatient clinical team and provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll deliver diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and cultural background. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals. Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and community partners. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with individuals with serious, persistent mental illness Knowledge of DSM diagnoses, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented care Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Preferred: Minimum 2 years' experience in mental/behavioral health Washington State independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Additional Requirements Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test Proof of required vaccinations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu) Why Join Us We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community.
