Receptionist - Bilingual (Rancho Cordova, CA)
Rancho Cordova, CA | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PPay: $22.00 to $25.00, DOE
We are seeking a
professional and reliable Receptionist
to join our team in Rancho Cordova. This position requires someone who is
bilingual, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Collect and process payments from clients/customers
Manage scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Assist with data entry and basic computer tasks
Qualifications: Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records
Friendly, professional communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
