JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking a T1 Service Desk Engineer that is 100% Remote (with periodic onsite field support across the DFW metroplex). The T1 Support Desk Engineer will provide first-level support for end-users via break/fix hardware, PC, workstation, printer, and/or basic network infrastructure support to clinic locations across the DFW metroplex. The Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer will troubleshoot O365 (Exchange / Teams / SharePoint / AAD), supporting workstations, and ensuring devices remain operational during hours of operation. The Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer will work remote primarily but will be required to perform periodic onsite visits across the DFW metroplex office locations (Arlington / Frisco / Fort Worth / Irving) for hardware swaps, printer fixes, and basic network troubleshooting (router resets / cable checks). The Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer will manage user provisioning and deactivation in M365 and Active Directory, coordinating with HR to maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant access. Additional T1 Service Desk Engineer will be involved in light network support and diagnostics (VPN / IP/DNS checks) to maintain EMR and device connectivity, escalating issues as needed. The Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer will handle tickets through a centralized system, provide clear documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours clinic operations.

Onsite Support - Occasionally Provide Onsite Field Support for Break/Fix Hardware / PCs / Workstations / Printers / Basic Network Infrastructure Across DFW Clinics Office 365 Admin - Assist in User Setup / Permissions Management / Troubleshooting Account Management - Perform Account Provisioning / Deactivation for New Hires / Terminations Device Troubleshooting - Troubleshoot Desktops / Laptops / Printers / Peripheral Devices for Hardware/Software Issues Network Support - Handle Basic Network Tasks Including Router Resets / Connectivity Checks Escalation - Escalate Complex Issues to Tier 2/3 Support Teams, as Needed Documentation - Maintain Accurate Incident and Resolution Records in Ticketing System After-Hours Support - Participate in On-Call Rotation to Provide After-Hours Support for Service Desk Team
