Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opening in Dallas, Texas
Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic team in the Dallas, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible, Orthopedic Trauma fellowship trained physician. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice the full scope of orthopedic trauma surgery in a high-volume, Level I trauma center with state-of-the-art facilities and strong support from a collaborative team of specialists.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients, including complex fractures and musculoskeletal injuries
- Participate in trauma call coverage on a rotating schedule
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including hospitalists, intensivists, emergency physicians, and other surgical specialists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Board certification or board eligibility in Orthopedic Trauma surgery
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas, or the ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
