This facility is a Comprehensive Stroke Center with state-of-the-art capabilities including a biplane procedural suite. The center is designated as a Level 1 trauma facility with strong APP support and specializes in advanced neurological care for the region.

Job Details:
• Coverage for Comprehensive Stroke Center including Cerebral Mechanical Thrombectomy, Carotid Stenting, Hemorrhagic Stroke, Vasospasm and other endovascular needs • No general neurosurgery responsibilities • Fellowship trained required in one of the following: Neuro Interventional Radiology, Neuro Endovascular Surgery, or Neuro Interventional procedures • 24-hour call coverage (6a-6a) • Immediate coverage needed December 23-28 • Ongoing needs throughout 2026 • 5-8 patient encounters per shift • Must be licensed in MT or hold IMLC • Required skills: General Neurosurgery (Adult), Trauma, Aneurysm clipping, Endovascular procedures, Placement of ICP monitors • Preferred skills: Pediatric neurosurgery, Cerebrovascular (Open, Endovascular), Carotid or Vertebral artery surgery, Tumors, Neuroendocrine surgery • ACLS and BLS certifications required • 90-day estimated credentialing timeframe
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
