We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician for a 32-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Feb 2, 2026. This position involves two outpatient clinic days per week, 7:30am to 5:00pm, providing care in a family practice setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with pediatric cases from newborns to age 18. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee patient care for 20-25 pediatric cases (ages 0-18) per 8-hour shift
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric services in a family practice environment
  • Deliver care for infants, newborns, children, and adolescents
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an intergenerational health center
  • Utilize Athenahealth EMR for documentation and patient management

Additional Information
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
  • California medical license and Family Medicine board certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Spanish language skills preferred, not required
  • Full contract commitment needed for consideration
