Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole provider covering urgent care services
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of urgent care cases
- Manage all presenting cases independently during assigned shifts
- Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and clinical decision-making
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in New York
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Several years of urgent care experience preferred due to sole clinician responsibilities
- Board certification not required for this assignment
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is beneficial
