Setting and Patient Population
  • Facility Type: Hospital-based
  • Patient Mix:
  • 90% Newborns
  • 5% Pediatrics
  • 5% Adolescents
  • Average Daily Census:
  • Newborns: 3-4
  • Pediatric: 0-1 every 2 months
  • Teaching Component: May have medical students observing on newborn rounds Required Skills and Experience
  • Newborn care experience - Required
  • X-ray interpretation - Required
  • Circumcision - Required
  • UVC/UAC experience - Highly Preferred
Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
  • Active Ohio Medical License - Required
  • Ohio DEA - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • NRP - Required
