Full-Time Grand Rapids & Muskegon, Michigan
A respected regional health system in West Michigan is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) with neonatology fellowship training to join its Neonatal Intensive Care team, providing expert care across two hospital sites:
Grand Rapids: 15-bed Level III NICU
Muskegon: 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery
Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III & II NICUs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other multidisciplinary providers
Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees
Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed
Support community health programs related to neonatal care
Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
Board Certified Physician Assistant with Neonatology fellowship training Required
Active Michigan license & DEA Required
Current ACLS & BLS Required
Relevant NICU clinical experience Highly Preferred
