- Seeking Street Medicine Providers (MD/DO and NP/PA)
- The Street Medicine Provider is responsible for providing direct medical care to people experiencing homelessness in the community.
- This includes providing primary care, mental health care, and substance abuse treatment.
- The Street Medicine Provider will also work to build relationships with people experiencing homelessness and connect them to other resources in the community. Compensation/ Benefits: $131,040 - $170,352

- Provide direct medical care to people experiencing homelessness, including physical exams, medication management, and referrals to other medical providers.
- Build relationships with people experiencing homelessness and work to understand their needs.
- Connect people experiencing homelessness to other resources in the community, such as housing, food, and employment.
- Advocate for the rights of people experiencing homelessness and work to improve the quality of their lives.
- Participate in outreach and education activities to raise awareness of the health needs of people experiencing homelessness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports. Qualifications: (The successful candidate has:)
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons or homeless persons preferred.
- Current BLS and DEA certification
- Bilingual in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish speaking preferred (Nurse Practitioner:)
- Current California RN/NP/NPF License.
- Current Nurse Practitioner board certification. (Physician Assistant:)
- California Physician Assistant License
- Physician Assistant Certificate
- NCCPA board certification (MD/ DO:)
- Must be board certified or eligible in Internal, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics
