Job Description & Requirements

Candidates MUST meet minimum requirements PCU OVERFLOW UNIT; Ratios 5-6:1. 2 Years PCU experience required, BLS & ACLS required. Epic EMR. HCP MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOATING AS REQUIRED-WILL FLOAT OUT TO SISTER CAMPUSES AS WELL. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

Facility does not accept local candidates- candidates cannot own property within 50 miles or in Lee County

• Candidates MUST be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays
• No more than 5 days of RTO
• MUST have at least 1 full year from being Staff

Unit based with Float and straight PCU Float positions available
12hr Days and 12hr nights
Start Dates: Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan * (subject to current availability)
HWL Clinical Interviews and Offers (depending on time off request)

Key Points:

36 or 48 min hour contracts

Holiday Time off: HCP will be expected to work 2 out of the 3 main holidays.

FLOATING: Flexible candidates are key to success here! HCP must be flexible and open to floating as needed within campus and also to sister campuses as needed.

Good Clinical as well as Behavioral fit candidates – team player, flexible, competent, good attitude.

NO Schedule Requests: Set clear expectations – no block scheduling, no specific scheduling requests – HCP must be able to work as unit schedules.

Radius Rule: Must reside permanently outside 50 miles of any Lee Campus.

Cannot own any property within 50 miles or in Lee County.
