Architectural Project Manager
Location:
Onondaga County, NY (Onsite; relocation considered) Compensation:
$85,000–$105,000 (5–7 years of experience), $110,000–$125,000+ (8–10+ years, DOE)

Position Summary: The Architectural Project Manager will lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships, and oversee a diverse portfolio ranging from small fast-track projects to multimillion-dollar builds. This role offers hands-on leadership, exposure to federal and DOD projects, and potential advancement into an associate partner track.
Requirements: Architectural degree (B.A or Masters) Licensed Architect (RA) Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and project management Portfolio and references demonstrating design and project leadership Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp U.S. citizenship required for federal and DOD projects
Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from design through completion Lead client communication and project coordination Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including structural, interior, landscape, and engineering professionals Ensure compliance with federal, healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial project requirements Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp in project execution
