We’re looking for Licensed Electricians to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of work. In the meantime, you'll be working on a variety of commercial and residential jobs, gaining valuable experience and contributing to high-quality installations across the area.
What You’ll Be Doing: Install, bend, and secure EMT conduit Pull wire for electrical systems and equipment Install and wire lighting fixtures, switches, and electrical panels Perform work based on blueprints, diagrams, and specifications Troubleshoot and ensure code-compliant installations Support team leads and work independently when needed
What We’re Looking For: Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or higher) Strong experience bending conduit and pulling wire Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Reliable transportation and your own basic tools Solid understanding of safety protocols and electrical code Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Commercial Electrician Strong portfolio of completed commercial projects Preferred experience across diverse commercial building types (retail, office, medical, industrial, residential)
Technical Proficiency: Advanced aptitude for electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Ability to identify and resolve complex electrical faults and system anomalies in commercial settings
Safety Expertise Proven commitment to safety protocols Experience working with higher voltage systems and energized commercial equipment
Conduit Work: High proficiency in bending, threading, and installing EMT, PVC, and other types of conduit Skilled in advanced conduit bending techniques
Licensing: Valid Electrician License in Missouri
Transportation: Valid driver’s license Reliable personal transportation
Tools (Required): Cordless drill with paddle bits, hole saws Screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, levels Multi-meter for commercial voltage and diagnostics Wire strippers, lineman's pliers, needle-nose and diagonal cutters Conduit benders (EMT, PVC) (Preferred) Fish tape and advanced pulling tools Voltage tester and other common commercial electrical tools
ADDITIONAL TASKS: * Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service street lights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems. * Place conduit, pipes, or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. * Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. * Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps. * Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools. * Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. * Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations. * Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. * Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. * Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. * Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors. * Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools.
