Responsibilities Embrace DevSecOps culture and practices for application development. Collaborate with developers, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to iteratively deliver IT solutions. Gain exposure to different aspects of the SDLC, including solution design, CI/CD pipeline configurations, frontend and backend development, and test automation. Adapt to evolving requirements and thrive in dynamic environments. Clearly articulate software problems and propose solutions. Demonstrate a team-first mentality , taking initiative, pride, and ownership of work with a growth mindset. Requirements 3+ years of frontend and/or backend software engineering experience in building scalable enterprise applications. Proficiency in modern web application stacks such as React.js, Spring, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL . Experience developing and deploying on commercial cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, Azure ). Hands-on experience with containerization technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes ). Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible . Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts, with hands-on experience using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Bamboo . Understanding of Secure-by-Design Lifecycle and application security practices (SAST, DAST). Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks. Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Thrives in collaborative, Agile/Scrum environments. Passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality, secure software.
