Commercial Construction Project Manager

to join our dynamic and results-driven team.

About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This individual will manage both field operations and administrative responsibilities while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Manage the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor job costs, prepare financial forecasts, and ensure projects are delivered within established budgets. Scheduling:

Develop and maintain master project schedules using tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera to ensure timely completion. Subcontractor Management:

Conduct detailed scope reviews, lead the buyout process, negotiate subcontracts, and coordinate performance throughout the project. Reporting:

Prepare and maintain progress reports, RFI logs, submittal logs, and monthly billing documentation. Change Management:

Oversee change order documentation, cost impacts, and ensure all adjustments are properly tracked and communicated. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Foster strong professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Risk & Safety:

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, conduct jobsite safety reviews, and mitigate potential project risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in

commercial construction

required. Proven track record managing ground-up, renovation, and/or tenant improvement projects across multiple sectors (retail, office, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, etc.). Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and risk analysis. Proficiency with project management software such as Procore (preferred), MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar.

Required Skills

Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership in driving safety, quality, and efficiency throughout project delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
