About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Data Entry Clerk

to join our long-term client's team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases

Review and verify information for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness

Prepare and organize source documents for data entry

Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as requested

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks to support the team

Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications: 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with databases or ERP systems a plus

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Effective communication and problem-solving skills
