Our client, a well-established Electrical General Contractor in Boca Raton, is seeking a
Senior BIM Modeler / BIM Manager
to lead their design technology initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive BIM adoption, mentor a growing team, and contribute to high-profile commercial electrical projects. What You’ll Do Develop and implement BIM standards across projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Lead, train, and support BIM Specialists in Revit, Navisworks, and Total Station workflows. Collaborate with project teams to create and maintain a comprehensive Revit Family library. Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks. Perform constructability analysis and ensure NEC/code compliance throughout design and construction. Manage BIM project documentation, takeoffs, estimates, and milestone archiving. Represent the BIM team in client meetings and coordination sessions. Supervise site visits to collect accurate data for BIM models. What We’re Looking For 3+ years
of leadership experience as a BIM Manager or Design Technology Manager. 5+ years
of experience modeling commercial electrical projects (Revit or AutoCAD MEP). Proficiency with
Navisworks, Total Station, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office . Strong knowledge of the
National Electric Code (NEC)
and ability to read/interpret design documents. Familiarity with Dynamo (a plus). Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
