We are seeking a

General Construction Project Manager

to help deliver a

Data Center Construction Project

in

Indianapolis, IN.

This is a unique opportunity to step into the fast-growing data center market without needing prior experience in this industry.

You can be located anywhere in the U.S.

provided you can spend extended periods of time at the project location. Candidates based

in and around Indianapolis

or planning to relocate are preferred.

Key Responsibilities Oversee Construction Team Leadership Manage Project Administration Resource Management Stakeholder Engagement Innovation and Improvement

Qualifications 4-year construction management , engineering degree or equivalent professional training and experience. 10-years minimum experience

of commercial or industrial construction experience. Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport

required;

must be willing and able to travel

(estimated 70%+).

Managed large-scale and complex

data center projects

with budgets between

$50M+ . OR Managed projects with budgets

$100M+

projects in sectors like

general construction , electrical construction, manufacturing construction, infrastructure or technology.
