Primary Accountabilities: Manage the complete lifecycle of complex initiatives, ensuring strategic, value-driven outcomes and measurable results. Drive technical solutions that address business challenges while aligning with current and future architecture, technology stack, and compliance requirements. Develop, evolve, and promote initiative delivery capabilities and best practices. Maintain dynamic roadmaps to increase agility, deliver greater value, and accelerate innovation. Collaborate with product management to plan and coordinate product releases. Coach product teams in agile and scaled agile frameworks and practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Utilize reporting tools and proactive governance models to track, report, and monitor performance, enabling data-driven decisions for agile teams, management, and key stakeholders. Foster a community of practice by developing and promoting delivery methodologies, scaling frameworks, reporting, and communications.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements: Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service. Solid knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), principles, and values. Strong understanding of technology practices related to the software development lifecycle and infrastructure. Proven interpersonal and servant leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong facilitation and organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, resolve conflict, and motivate team members. Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience managing IT projects and schedules within a software development lifecycle. Experience managing long-term, time-sensitive, and competing projects in a dynamic data environment. Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
