Medical Construction Superintendent Job at Endurance Builders in Houston

Medical Commercial Construction Field Superintendent to oversee one or more working areas of a commercial construction project. Role requires scheduling and coordination of construction crews, and execution of the project documents. Must be familiar with interiors, MEP systems & medical facilities inspections & approvals (TDH experience required)! 3-5+ years field experience as a medical commercial construction superintendent (medical construction experience required). ~ Knowledge of scheduling and sequencing of construction activities as they relate to occupied hospitals, ground-up new construction, patient care areas (i.e. Experience with local property management companies & medical facilities. ~ General Computer Skills (MS Office, MS Project, Raken, etc.). Develop project schedule and site utilization plans. Maintain the overall project schedule and 3-week look ahead schedule. Coordinate, schedule and manage all vendor and subcontractor activities. Make sure all project and job site reporting is completed accurately, timely and consistently. Manage the quality control on the project. Closeout the project in compliance with the contract documents. Construction Degree isn’t required (but a plus!)
