About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a growing marketing organization in need of administrative support during a high-volume season. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking to gain experience or potentially transition into a long-term role.
Job Description: Our client is seeking several Data Entry Clerks to support various administrative and data processing tasks. These are fully onsite roles with the potential for contract-to-hire opportunities for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems Assist with onboarding by distributing digital contract links Upload documentation into the client’s CRM Export reports and documents from online platforms Format and organize spreadsheets (training provided) Maintain and update profiles and contract records Collaborate with internal team for ongoing training and support
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of administrative or data entry experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Typing accuracy and speed Familiarity with CRM platforms and data validation is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and communication abilities Self-motivated and able to focus in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details: Duration: 3–4 month contract with potential for temp-to-perm based on performance Dress Code: Business casual Tools/Software: Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM, Ablebits (training provided)
