Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA. Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions. Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals. Provide reinforcement for positive behaviors. Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA. Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to grow to full-time (40 hours weekly) as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Highly dependable and organized A high school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields) Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
