Responsibilities Prepare substrates by grinding, hand grinding, or shot blasting. Mix coatings and materials according to specifications. Perform taping and masking techniques for clean applications. Apply coatings with brush and roller methods. Assist with broadcast systems, coving, and caulking. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support foreman and team members as needed to complete projects. Requirements Prior painting, coating, or construction experience required. Knowledge of basic tools and equipment for grinding, mixing, and application. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
