Role Overview The Compliance & ERP Program Project Manager will lead our portfolio of compliance, governance, and ERP expansion initiatives. This includes oversight of SOX IT controls remediation, rollout of federated governance for business-owned systems, program management of the C-Risk engagement on cyber risk and SOX readiness, and management of Dell-led configuration and business testing for new legal entities in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. The role requires strong program governance, risk management, and ERP project delivery skills, balancing regulatory rigor with operational execution.Key Responsibilities SOX IT Controls & Compliance Lead program to remediate gaps in ITGC/ITAC controls (access management, segregation of duties, SDLC, change control, Azure DevOps adoption). Partner with internal audit, KPMG, and business owners to validate design and operation of controls. Manage documentation, testing cycles, and readiness for external audit. Federated Governance of Business-Owned Systems Stand up governance framework for business-owned platforms in SOX scope (XTEL, E2Open, Onestream, Shopify-linked tools, etc.). Define roles, accountability, and control activities for business system owners. Track compliance adherence, reporting exceptions to IT leadership and Audit Committee. C-Risk Engagement Management Serve as the program lead for C-Risk advisors, ensuring delivery of crown jewel mapping, NIST CSF maturity assessment, risk quantification, and cyber risk reduction roadmap. Oversee deliverables, workshops, and roadmap acceptance; integrate into our SOX and IPO readiness program. Track financial impact models, cyber insurance recommendations, and SEC compliance planning. D365 Entity Setup (Dell Delivery Oversight) Manage Dell’s configuration and testing activities for new entities in Dynamics 365 Coordinate business-side UAT, cutover, and readiness for tax, consolidations, AP/AR, HR, and banking processes. Ensure FDD requirements are validated and incorporated into configuration (e.g., Tax, Consolidations, HR, AP, Cash & Bank). Track dependencies with SOX and cyber compliance (security roles, workflows, audit trails). General PM Responsibilities Build integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets. Facilitate steering committee updates, issue escalation, and executive decision-making. Ensure vendor deliverables (Dell, KPMG, C-Risk) align with SOW obligations. Drive change management, training, and adoption across finance, IT, and business functions. Qualifications 8–12 years of project/program management experience in ERP (D365 or SAP/Oracle acceptable) and compliance programs. Strong background in SOX readiness and ITGC/ITAC remediation. Familiarity with cyber risk frameworks (NIST CSF) and risk quantification methods. Proven experience managing ERP legal entity setup, consolidations, tax, and banking modules. Ability to coordinate external vendors (Dell, KPMG, C-Risk) and internal SMEs. PMP, CISA, or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
