About the Role Crowd Cow is building the world’s premier discovery platform for luxury meat and seafood — a foodie’s dream. We’re seeking a customer-obsessed growth lead who doesn’t see channels — you see people. You’ll get results fast, measure them in weeks, not months, and figure out how to scale only after you’ve proven traction.
What You’ll Do Launch new growth channels, digital and non-digital, to gain insights and traction
Obsess over customers: don’t start with channels, start with people
Launch experiments in days, not months
Build wins into scalable growth playbooks
Partner with leadership to turn insights into new acquisition engines
What We’re Looking For 5–8+ years of growth marketing experience at high-growth DTC/e-commerce consumer brands.
Deeply competitive - you love to win
