Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue to spread joy through our carefully selected gifts. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining our store's welcoming environment, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance and personalized recommendations. Showcase our diverse range of gifts and provide detailed information about products. Assist with transactions, including processing sales and handling returns. Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and new arrivals. Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience is required. Jewelry sales experience is preferred. A genuine passion for gifts, home decor, jewelry, handbags and creating delightful customer experiences. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays, evenings and some holidays. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
