Job Description
Under the supervision of the Investor Delivery Supervisor, the primary responsibilities are to compile and deliver all necessary documentation to designated Investor for purchase and payoff of Warehouse Lending. Resolve any resulting loan level conditions in order to have loan purchased on a timely manner.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision Responsible for daily production as determined by Manager from time to time Interact and communicate professionally with all other employees, borrowers, brokers and vendors Work independently while understanding the necessity for coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations Remit VAFF/MIP to Government Agencies Insure loans with Government Agencies (FHA-VA) within specified timeline Organize and stack loan files as required for Investors Copy/Scan all necessary documentation as directed by the Post Closing Process Manual Insure all loan files following the Post Closing Process Manual Draft letters or other communications as directed Develop reports and status logs as needed or directed for tracking purposes Reconcile reports or data sheets as directed Answer incoming calls and/or direct to appropriate parties for resolution Work closely with Secondary Department, Document Custodian, and Warehouse Bank in fulfilling GNMA pools Manages exceptions from Warehouse Lender, Document Custodian, Investors, and Sub-Servicers Monitor and resolve any issues with MERs on a daily basis Monitor and assist in answering phone calls and emails delivered to Post Closing Department Adheres to the companies Customer Service Philosophy and Service Standards Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
One year of processing, pipeline management or underwriting Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork Organizing and coordinating skills Ability to develop and maintain files and records Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Demonstrated skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures Good customer service skills, attention to detail, and reliable Employee must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors at all times One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Training Licensing Requirements:
Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
The salary range for this position is expected to be $45,000 - $55,000,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
