Location: Benton, TN (On-Site)
Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

What You'll Do
Engage with Clients: Greet clients warmly and provide friendly, professional support across teller and platform services. Deliver Accurate Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions with precision and efficiency. Open and Maintain Accounts: Assist clients with new accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other financial products. Support Branch Operations: Assist with daily reports, compliance tasks, and opening/closing responsibilities as needed. Identify Client Needs: Ask insightful questions to uncover financial goals and recommend suitable banking solutions. Drive Referrals: Refer clients to appropriate banking partners for loans, investments, and other services. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and bank policy requirements while maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate Effectively: Support branch management and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented culture. Champion Customer Service: Uphold First Financial Bank's commitment to quality service-every client, every time. What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of teller or banking experience with a focus on customer service and cross-selling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with solid organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; general PC skills required. Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours. Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday. Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet). Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance. What We Offer
