A leading international automotive manufacturer based in Irvine, CA is seeking a
full-time Customer Care Representative
to join their team!

data management Key Responsibilities Communicate via phone and email with
dealerships, vehicle owners, and third parties
to investigate and resolve customer concerns Accurately document all interactions and actions taken using a
CRM system
(e.g., call notes, service requests, reimbursements, etc.) Research
warranty terms, policies, and service programs
to provide timely and policy-compliant customer support Collaborate with team members and management to
meet department goals and complete projects on time Qualifications Bachelor's degree
(required) Strong
written and verbal communication
skills Excellent
problem-solving and critical thinking
abilities Effective
time management
and organizational skills Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite , especially Word and Excel Typing speed of 65+ WPM Previous office or customer-facing experience is a plus, but
not required
