Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing essential support and assistance with their inquiries. As a vital part of our customer service department, you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse customer base, helping to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries. Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
