Overview:
Singnala We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support as you handle inbound and outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Document all interactions with customers using the call center software. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Proficient in using computers, software applications, and CRM systems. Benefits
