Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced personal injury litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success (3 years experience) in handling personal injury cases in litigation. The ideal candidate will take initiative in independently managing cases while also providing proactive support as needed. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases in litigation. Conduct client consultations, intake, and check-ins when necessary. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Conduct legal research and analysis. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff. Maintain client communication and relationships.
