Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate law, including estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, litigation, and related areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base and make a meaningful impact on their lives and legacies. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and revocable/irrevocable trusts. Assist clients in developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives. Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation and asset distribution. Handle probate and trust administration matters, including estate settlement, asset distribution, and beneficiary disputes. Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation. Stay current on developments in estate law and tax law to ensure compliance and maximize benefits for clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the legal and financial industries. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide integrated solutions for clients with complex legal needs. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New Jersey. Five (5) years of experience practicing estate law, with a demonstrated track record of success. Strong knowledge of estate planning techniques, tax laws, and regulations. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
