Overview Contract Technical Program Manager / Product Manager – Finance and Accounting. Fully remote role. Open-ended contract. Junior Product Manager to support Finance and Accounting Products initiatives, helping shape internal tools and reporting solutions that drive our client’s financial processes.
Responsibilities
Work with the Group Product Manager and cross-functional teams to break down strategic goals into clear product epics and user stories for the scrum team. Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories. Partner with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products. Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans. Qualifications
1+ years of product management experience. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Desired Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite. Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools. Contract details
