Own a critical piece of our mission to radically simplify car ownership by guiding GarageGuard experiences from symptom triage to booking a shop. Shape how drivers discover, diagnose, and resolve car issues through diagnostics, recall & maintenance alerts, shop finder, repair estimates, car value, and a digital glovebox. Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers/researchers to solve tangible problems and build impactful features. Drive measurable gains in engagement and onboarding across GarageGuard’s core offerings by crafting friction-free, polished experiences. Ship 0→1 features to modernize auto care for the average driver. Uncover opportunities to increase trust through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior. Leverage latest AI technology to make GarageGuard faster, clearer, and more helpful. Map end-to-end journeys (from symptom triage to booking a shop) to identify moments of confusion or drop-off. Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), prototype with Design, translate findings into shippable solutions, and validate with A/B tests and usability studies. Set a high UX quality bar and collaborate to instrument, measure, and iterate. Who you are
5+ years as a consumer product manager delivering meaningful impact, with experience partnering with Product Design/Research and shipping consumer-grade polish on mobile or web. Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity with innovative solutions. Tenacious, with strong ownership and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Customer-obsessed with product taste and strong UI/UX craft. Data-driven with conviction: analytical and decisive even with limited information. Super organized, execution-focused, capable of managing complex projects and collaborating across teams. Detail-oriented and quality-minded, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and measurable outcomes. Preferred experience
Comfortable with rigorous analyses, developing hypotheses, and validating impact on key metrics. Startup experience is a plus.
