Leena AI is a Series B startup, backed by Greycroft and Bessemer.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Dir/Sr. Dir, Solutions Consulting to scale a high-performing global team that delivers complex enterprise implementations and drives productization. This leader will build a distributed organization, stand up a rigorous partner-led delivery motion, and shape the roadmap for self-serve, analytics visibility, and implementation accuracy — consistently reducing time-to-value.Key ResponsibilitiesGo toe-to-toe with CIOs and senior technology leaders to translate business problems into solutions using the Leena AI architecture.Push back on raw feature requests; probe for underlying business outcomes, articulate trade-offs, and recommend architectural configurations (agents, skills/actions, workflows, data and security patterns) that best solve the problem.Serve as executive sponsor for strategic programs; guide solution architecture, integration patterns, security/compliance, and success criteria.Team Leadership & OperationsBuild and lead a distributed Solutions Consulting team across priority geographies; establish coverage models (pods, industry/product specialization).Drive capacity planning, utilization, and deployment economics; optimize onshore/offshore and partner leverage to meet cost and margin targets.Define playbooks, design/QA gates, and review mechanisms; instrument dashboards for velocity, quality, CSAT, and time-to-value.Establish L3 support processes, including ticket triaging and defining SLAs for timely resolution to address critical client issues.Enable implementation partners: develop enablement material, hands-on training curricula, labs/sandboxes, and a tiered certification program for Leena AI implementation.Co-create reference architectures, accelerators, and solution blueprints with Product/Engineering; turn recurring services into productized templates.Establish partner quality gates, shadow-to-lead pathways and Partner Implementation Scorecard.Cross-Functional Product InfluenceChampion roadmap items that make implementations self-serve (low/no-code configuration, admin controls, guardrails) and provide analytics visibility (instrumentation, accuracy dashboards, drift detection).Drive out-of-the-box integrations (enterprise applications/connectors) and templates for actions/skills to continuously reduce time-to-value and expand use-case depth and breadth.Own the creation of the AOP (Agent Operating Protocol) library — a masked, reusable catalog of business-process AOPs that respects data confidentiality — used as the base for out-of-the-box templates.Produce structured RFCs and PRDs for implementation enablers; run betas and capture adoption/accuracy signals.Governance & ToolingInstitutionalize agile delivery practices and traceability from requirements → test cases → go-live; enforce change control and auditability.Standardize solution design docs, integration specs, and runbooks; align with RevOps/PS on scoping, SOWs, and profitability; partner with Security/Legal on enterprise requirements.RequirementsExperience15+ years in enterprise SaaS/solutions; 10+ years leading Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales/Services teams at scale (multi-region).Proven track record building partner-led implementation programs (enablement, curricula, certifications, quality frameworks).Executive engagement with CIO/CTO levels; excellence in converting ambiguous problems into architecture-backed solutions.Systems & Technical DepthHRMS: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKGITSM: ServiceNow, ManageEngine, BMC HelixERP: SAP S/4HANA, OracleStrong API/event architecture grounding (REST/SOAP, webhooks, auth/SSO/SCIM) and data/securityFamiliarity with LLM-powered solutions (prompt/retrieval patterns, testing/guardrails) is a plus.Leadership & Soft SkillsOrganization builder with a coaching mindset; hires, develops, and scales distributed teams.Executive presence; crisp written docs, structured decision-making, and stakeholder influence.Product sense to prioritize self-serve, analytics, and integration depth.Success MetricsTime-to-Value and On-Time Go-Live (direct + partner-led).Implementation accuracy/quality (validation pass rate, defect leakage, rollback incidents, L3 support tickets and trends).Partner certification throughput, partner-led deployment share, and partner quality score.Self-serve adoption (% configurations completed without engineering) and reduction in bespoke effort.Utilization, cost-to-deliver, and implementation gross margin.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Information Technology, and SalesIndustries: Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Leena AI by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
