Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the cannabis industry by establishing and nurturing relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and other key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on promoting our cannabis products (Sluggers, DeeThai, Lola, Fidels, Plasma, Jelly Wizards), expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets in this rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities

Representing Natura's portfolio of brands in the

Bay Area and Northern California territory . Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with current retail partners. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Natura's brand presence. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Representing Natura at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Contributing to a positive company culture and making an impact from the ground level. Qualifications

Previous cannabis industry experience, with active retail relationships in

Northern California . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively represent Natura's brands. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This position is regularly exposed to raw cannabis flower and cannabis-derived products. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Salary Range:
