Overview A global crypto investment firm is hiring a Head of Crypto Capital Markets to lead token launch strategy and execution across its portfolio. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on market maker negotiations, exchange partnerships, institutional outreach, and post-launch support. You’ll work directly with founders, general partners, and investment teams to craft compelling narratives, orchestrate roadshows, and drive liquidity across top-tier channels.

Guide projects through market maker landscapes and liquidity agreements Facilitate exchange partnerships and negotiate optimal listing terms Connect projects with token launch service providers (custodians, marketers, underwriters) Organize investor roadshows and institutional outreach campaigns Monitor post-launch price discovery and coordinate support initiatives Advise on tokenomics, capital structure, and market timing Conduct due diligence and manage risk across volatile market conditions Stay ahead of crypto trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities Ideal Candidate
10+ years in capital markets, crypto strategy, or token launch execution Deep network across exchanges, market makers, and institutional investors Proven success delivering token launches and liquidity strategies Strong negotiation skills and technical fluency in crypto infrastructure Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to institutional audiences Proficient in risk management and partner due diligence Adaptable, resilient, and deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem Bonus: Experience at high-market-cap projects with limited fundamentals during growth phases Compensation & Benefits
