Overview Addison Group is hiring on behalf of a growing organization seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, recognition, and total rewards programs. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategy across multiple locations and make a meaningful impact on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee salary structures, job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay equity to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Manage health, retirement, wellness, PTO, and other benefits programs; collaborate with vendors to maintain compliance and maximize employee value.
Lead incentive and recognition program design to drive engagement, performance, and retention.
Provide analytics and reporting on rewards program effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements.
Ensure all total rewards programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Communicate programs and educate employees and managers to ensure understanding and participation.
Lead, mentor, and develop Total Rewards Specialists to deliver high-quality support.
Assess and refine programs and processes to ensure efficiency, alignment, and scalability across multiple sites.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards (strong emphasis on compensation experience).
Proven knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, laws, and compliance.
Experience leading and developing a team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly, acknowledge knowledge gaps, and train others.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, experience with HRIS (Dayforce a plus), recognition program design, executive compensation familiarity.
Additional Details
Minimal travel; occasional visits to locations for open enrollment/support.
Reports to Senior Director of Total Rewards & Analytics.
Interview process: virtual first round, onsite panel second round.
