If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly. Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa. The VP, VCA North America Practice Areas will drive and execute the strategy for the Practice Area’s business in North America, reporting to the Head of VCA NA. This senior executive will have dual oversight of the P&L for this business and will be accountable for business development, solution identification, and commercialization leading to revenue with appropriate expense and margin targets. The role requires building and leading a regional team and modeling Visa Leadership Principles. The executive will collaborate with regional leaders across Client Services, Risk, Risk & Issuing Solutions, Products, Value Added Services, Intelligence & Data Solutions, and the Global Practices Team. This role reports to the Head of Advisory NA, part of Visa’s Value Added Services (VAS) organization.

Responsibilities

Design, drive and execute the Practice Area strategy to enable accelerated growth in NA.

Promote a client-first, revenue-driven mindset among Practice Area leaders and direct reports, fostering client-facing innovation, responsible data use, and commercial viability.

Champion and develop the usage of the latest AI tools and techniques in delivering next-generation consulting work for clients, increasing efficiency and impact.

Scale client-tested Visa data capabilities and best practices to achieve higher revenue; create repeatable processes to identify commercially viable offerings in NA.

Develop a capabilities and solutions roadmap based on client input to inform consulting, platform and technology investments, including retiring non-commercially viable offerings.

Promote development of common methodologies, taxonomy, frameworks, and tools globally to accelerate innovation and revenue growth.

Lead a team that creates compelling client-facing offerings, collateral and sales materials to accelerate revenue growth.

Contribute to VCA business development through thought leadership, client relationship development, and coaching of teams.

Internal evangelism of the PA business to VCA, sales, VAS and other audiences via town halls, newsletters and other channels.

Collaborate with IDS to negotiate data partnerships and create new data services and solutions for clients, especially in risk, commercials and money movement use cases.

Serve as a liaison between NA VCA/Advisory and the Risk, CS, RaIS, and CMS teams.

Hire, mentor and coach subject matter experts; drive organizational and culture change aligned with Visa Leadership Principles.

Collaborate with Global PA leaders to export/import capabilities, technology and advisory expertise.

Qualifications

Proven growth, P&L and management track record.

Deep Generative AI expertise and data-based consulting skills.

Proven ability to deliver complex, specialized consulting projects and build multi-year commercial relationships.

Experience in fast-evolving business and regulatory landscapes; strong accountability and detail orientation.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for a global audience; ability to influence across geographic and functional lines.

Strong business acumen and understanding of Visa and client business models.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships.

Ability to manage a multi-region budget and multiple cost centers in different currencies.

This is a hybrid position. The hiring manager will confirm the in-office expectation.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires travel up to 30% of the time due to the globally distributed organization.

Mental/Physical Requirements:

This position will be performed in an office setting. The incumbent should be able to sit/stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and operate standard office equipment.
