STOCK MANAGER
WHO YOU ARE:
Our Stock Managers at Michael Kors are stylish individuals who have a drive to achieve results and a passion for an elevated customer experience. As a Stock Manager, you will strive to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through the supervision and guidance of the stock supervisor and cashier teams. You will work in a fun, inspiring, and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
Directly train and partner with Stock team to ensure all management and inventory functions run smoothly
Understand all management register functions and operational functions
Supervise all merchandise shipments and immediately report any discrepancies
Ensure that the selling floor is organized, stocked and follows visual directives
Assist in leading inventory counts and communicate needs to support business goals
Leverage company tools to improve department performance and replenishment strategies
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
2+ years of high volume relevant retail experience as a proven leader
WE'D LOVE TO SEE:
A self-starter with time management and project skills
Energetic, motivated and engaging; dedicated to elevated customer service and sales productivity
Ability to react to changing work demands and support in inventory and visual/merchandising directions
Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
