Architect/Designer — BA Collective is seeking candidates with a passion for design to participate in all phases of design through construction on several residential projects. Experience may range from an entry level designer (2-4 years) to an intermediate level Architect (5-8 years’ experience). We are offering consultancy positions but are willing to consider full-time opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities Design, coordination, client meetings, permitting, answering RFIs, presentations, site visits, full-scale mockups, etc.
Work closely and clearly communicate with the team. BA team members have a great deal of autonomy in their work but will need to stay closely connected to the team.
Contribute to a creative and friendly office environment.
Qualifications A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking
A penchant for follow-through
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Experience leading the Contract Administration phase
Ability to work with a variety of personalities
Strong proficiency in complex computer modeling in a variety of programs
Some rendering and presentation skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Experience coordinating engineering disciplines and consultants
Additional Qualifications for 5–8-Year Candidates Ability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies
Experience obtaining agency approvals
Experience communicating with contractors

Employment type: Full-time (consultancy considered on a case-by-case basis)
Compensation: commensurate pay based on experience and exceptional benefits
Note: Consultant compensation will be discussed during the interview process
