What You'll Do
- Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources while assisting with daily HR operation s.
- Handle workers' compensation claims, benefits administration, and leave of absence requests.
- Support employees with HRIS system (Dayforce) needs including password resets, forms, and acknowledgments.
- Direct employees to the appropriate HR team member, manager, or system for assistance.
- Issue and deactivate employee ID access badges.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration.
- Provide administrative support through filing, copying, and scanning HR documents.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to complete day-to-day HR transactions and projects.

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience.
- HRIS knowledge preferred (Dayforce experience highly desirable).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
