Job Description

We are Intelligentum, LLC — a small, innovative business analytics, software and IT services company based in Rockville, MD (Metro DC area). We are looking for aSenior Business Analystto work with us on a project with the potential to convert it into a full-time job.

Ourideal candidatewill have at least 8 years of business analysis experience, preferably with a government organization (state, local, federal) andMUSTbe familiar withODR softwareandODR process.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH:

• Business process re-engineering;
• Business requirements facilitation;
• Business requirements identification and documentation;
• Online Dispute Resolution best practices;
• Project planning, scheduling, control, and reporting;
• Request for Proposal (RFP) writing.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST SHOULD BE ABLE TO:

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions remotely with up to 40 individual parties, although some of them might be organized in groups;
• Document functional, technical, and security requirements;
• Identify and document business processes;
• Using guidelines provided by our client, develop a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) that includesbothfunctional requirementsandtechnical considerations.
