Girikon is looking at hiring NetSuite Business Systems Analyst with the following job description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to NetSuite ERP and adjacent systems.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Support NetSuite modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and others as needed.
• Work with development and integration teams to support NetSuite customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and user manuals.
• Support NetSuite upgrades, UAT testing, and change management initiatives.
• Perform data analysis, build custom reports and saved searches, and support financial reporting needs.
• Support day-to-day end-user questions or requests.
• Drive user training and support onboarding for new processes or systems.
• Work on different projects including Integrations, Acquisitions, Migrations.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite modules (Fixed Assets, Finance, Procurement etc.).
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Logisense, Keka, UKG and/or integrations is a plus.
• Proficiency in building Saved Searches, custom dashboards, and financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Bachelors Degree with good GPA in Computer Science or equivalent field.
