Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract role, with strong likelihood of extension. The project involves enhancing an existing Gas Accounting System that supports customer onboarding, contracts, capacity release, nominations, confirmations, scheduling, measurement allocations, and billing. Enhancements are driven by ongoing M&A activities, requiring integration of newly acquired company processes into the existing application.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and document business gaps.
• Create and manage tasks within the JIRA system.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure requirements align with project goals.

Required Skills

• Strong IT knowledge (JIRA, MS Word, Excel, basic SharePoint).
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Familiarity with UAT processes and defect management.
